Tyler Oswald is a big name in the industry, he inherited his family business and grew it further. He is successful, has a good public image. Though in personal space he likes to enjoy in every way, he isn't exactly a spoiled guy, more like someone who achieved too much too quick. His company is putting out a new project and many firms in the industry are trying to compete to get it.

Claire is a confident woman, smart and ambitious. She works at a firm and looks forward for career growth there. She has a special man in her life but her career is more important to her on any given day. Her firm is interested to get the project and they get to know that Tyler will be visiting for a meeting, he doesn't go to every firm. They assign Claire to lead the project, hoping to get it done. Claire and Tyler are going to have their paths crossed and she is going to learn a bit more about how Tyler is.

It will start as a business medium and her desire to get the project, maybe she will spend a small trip to accompany him to win him over, she is confident and knows how these things work, she knows she is beautiful. But what she wasn't expecting how Tyler will take over her life, pulling her in to be his life, story of wealth, desire, ambition, control, & power begins. So, he will eventually offer her to join him and that will change her life.

She won't be some naive girl manipulated, but a smart woman who will find this slippery ladder, at first being all about the project but her ambition can grow, how compatible they get, how her life and her personality changes.
