To clarify this will not be a non or dub con prompt. I'm looking for something different than the typical guard/inmate dynamic. Please be able to be descriptive and be willing to play multiple characters.

Alamo State Penitentiary is one of the roughest women only prisons in the state of Texas. Housing women of both high and minimum security status, it houses murderers, gang members, corrupt ex-cops and more. It was also regarded as one of the worst prisons as far as the dynamic between guards and inmates in the state. We had maybe a handful of inmates that wouldn’t routinely get belligerent and defiant with the guards.

I am a guard at ASP and am one of the few guards who have had very few run-ins with inmates. They are usually polite or as polite as they are willing to be and compliant. The prison has asked me multiple times why and I give them the same answer “I don’t really know I treat them with respect and that’s basically it.” Which is true although I tend to help them out as well. As far as misconduct amongst guards goes, mine is extremely minor. I simply take care of the girls when they need it. Many of these women have extremely long sentences and just like everyone they have needs and those don’t go away in prison. After what I thought was a one time hookup with one of the inmates I became very popular when they thought I could “Help them” as well. I was offered money and drugs and wasn’t even remotely interested in any of that and for a while I refused. After a little while though I saw an opportunity, rather than any kind of goods I would take care of these girls in exchange for obedience, some were totally fine with it, some agreed begrudgingly and some even seemed more turned on by it.

That first started three years ago when I was 22, now I’m 25 and have managed to cross lines other guards have difficulty. Gang affiliation amongst prisoners isn’t an issue for me and I largely get to ignore “prison politics”. I am no longer just a guard and am now one step below the warden and rumor has it the warden plans to retire in the next year or two so it’s time for me to start setting up to hopefully take his place.
