I'm looking to talk about my job with people and get some ideas from them. Not looking for roleplay.

A while ago, I had the opportunity to start working at a high-class strip/swinger-club, as a mix of waitress and performer. The club has two levels: A fairly standard strip club bar at the ground floor, and a kind of higher-class kinky restaurant bookable private rooms on the first floor.

My job is both serving food and drinks at the restaurant level as well providing "entertainment" to the guests I am assigned to. Because I am a huge sub and a bit of an exhibitionist, it's a job I quite enjoy - In no small part because the staff here are treated well and I feel safe. There are clear boundaries for the interaction between guests and staff and they are enforced well.

The restaurant is split into a public section and several private rooms. The rule in the public section is no body contact between guests and performers, and guests must stay dressed. In the private rooms, the guests can negotiate with their server individually what is or isn't okay (within the rules of the law and the establishment, of course).

It's been about two months since I started this job now, and I came here both to share my experiences with this rather unique job, but also to ask for some advice. The job pays well and I have nothing to complain about, but there is also the potential for more. I have so far only been working the public section. Many of the regulars have taken a liking to one particular server / performer, and often request to be served by specifically them in private rooms, and they tend to pay / tip well for some additional services (yes, that can be sex, but doesn't have to be, and yes, it is all legal and consensual - I'd be out of here in a heartbeat if it wasn't).

Many of those servers have their own "niche" of kink and cater to a particular type of customer with it. Because I am short and enjoy petplay, I chose that as my "niche / unique service". I use a kitty maid uniform as my "default" outfit, and try to play into the theme.

I'd like to ask you for some ideas / input on what I could do to better carve out this niche for me and try to build up my own "customer base" of people - What are I things I can do to improve upon my theme and make it more interesting to people?
