Hopefully you are finding some time to relax!". You think about whether it's appropriate to send that to me, the dad of the kids you nanny. It didn't seem THAT inappropriate but the thought of texting an older married man late at night sent a small thrill down your spine. What would I say, would I know that you were excited sending it?
You have been working for me for the past 6 months and we had developed a very friendly relationship, slightly flirty but never crossing any boundaries. I work from home running a company so we have had many opportunities to talk during the day and despite the age gap we had become comfortable with each other since you are in the house 8-10 hours a day.
