• Sci-Fi - Science has advanced to a point where we've colonized other planets, explored deep space, met alien races, and even found the secret to super-lightspeed travel. This, of course, has brought along many, many various other things that we've grown capable of, one of them being quick and easy grafts of new body parts, along with their internal functions, with the possibility of even inflating those functions to a much higher level than is natural.

• Medieval - Experimenting with [alchemy/magic] has always been a favorite past time for [me/you], and one day that ends up [adding an extra appendage/increasing production/etc], either by design or by accident. It's brought up between us, and in the midst of our surprise, we're also curious to see what it's capable of, and just how much fun can be had.

• Modern Day - One of us is transgender, and instead of the originally desired hormone treatment outcome of "penis gets smaller, cuter even", it surprisingly gets larger and produces even more than it did before. This is brought to [me/you], and it turns out this was a blessing in disguise, as to [me/you] it's extremely exciting, leading to the decision that it'll be kept, and definitely used as it seems to want to be.

• Other - Feel free to make a suggestion of your own, though I will be honest, the sci-fi one if definitely my preferred option!
