Actually its probably a stupid question with a simple answer but I'd like to ask anyway. I've been part of this community for a little bit and I see people post ideas they'd like to play out that I am interested in trying out every day, I really like this community because it's full of people that are descriptive and create fun ideas that catch my eye, but whenever I send them a message I seem to get no response back at all.

So my question is am I doing something wrong? I know that this is probably a dumb question but whenever I check out posts that say 'Message me if your interested!' Or something like that and I do message them because I'm interested, I get nothing back. I understand that posts can get popular fast and the person with the idea may not want anymore partners but I have no idea what's going on with it because I get no response, being honest I'd be happy with getting a response back from someone telling me they aren't looking for anymore partners or they lost interest in the idea, then at least I'd know haha. Also even with those posts of people saying to use a special phrase or send an orange envelope or whatever, I do exactly that and still get no response; if they aren't interested in roleplaying together then that's totally fine with me, I'm not one to freak out over being turned down but I'd just like to know.

Anyway, this is probably a stupid question and if I get some helpful advice in return then awesome but if not then that's fine too, all I'm wondering is am I doing something wrong or do I need to send messages a certain way? I'm just a little confused 😅
