Hidaka Academy, a remote college prep boarding school for girls 18 out of high school, or even pursuing adult education, but trying to get into a good college. Located in the Hokkaido mountain range it gets its name from, the school is an isolated but otherwise fairly normal school that accepts a wide variety of applicants from all over giving it a good but not great reputation for helping its students prepare for their national exams at a more relaxed pace than cram schools. The lack of cell reception and restricted internet access also turns many away, but it remains a good choice for both those who botched their exams the first time around as well as smarter girls hoping to get into a more prestigious college than they were offered. It also has a mild reputation for encouraging 'alternative lifestyles' but whether that's just a rumor or not remains a mystery to most.

My grandfather, sleezebag that he is, founded this school decades ago as part of his otherwise industrial empire and has been using it as his personal pool of potential slaves for his harem, offering lucrative high ranking jobs followed by threats to financially ruin their families.
