How does Character B find out such a secret? Perhaps a rumor he heard within the college! Or maybe character B even finds out When character A spills his secrets while drunk! How could Character B react to such a thing? Finding out his best friend actually has a vagina!

(This scenario is just something I thought of that could be nice! If you have a different idea you’d like to play, I’d love to hear it!)
