Let me just go ahead and answer your question, yes I am more proud of that title than I have any right to be.

Gotham is in quite a precarious position at the minute. The Joker and Batman have both disappeared, both believed to have taken each other out in a fight that rocked the city to it's core. But in chaos, there is opportunity.

Joker's absence has left quite a whole in the crime world and there is a race to fill that absence. The crazy clown had his fingers in a lot of pies and I am absolutely determined to be the one to fill that void.

Who am I? Well I'm something of a rarity in Gotham, I'm a criminal but without all the baggage. I didn't name myself after an animal, nor will you ever see me in fancy dress. I just want money and power. Taking all of the businesses in the city that used to belong to the clown have definitely given me the money, but I am still on the hunt for true power. I want people to see that I am every bit as powerful as the Joker, even more so in fact and to do that I need everything.

I've taken his money. I've taken his weapons. I've taken his businesses. That just leaves one thing.

His eye candy. His sidekick. Harley Quinn.

My boys are out scouring the city as we speak and once I get her, she will be by my side and when I domesticate her soon the more 'special' of Gotham's criminal underworld will quickly fall in line. Not to mention that she'll be able to reveal the rest of her previous Mr J's secrets.

The basic premise is that I want to be a member of Gotham's underworld. I want to bring Harley in so she can be to me what she was to the Joker but ultimately Harley proves far too difficult to control

My plans to keep Harley are flipped on me. Harley wants her own eye candy, she essentially wants somebody to fill the role missing in her life but she views herself as moving into the Mr J role while somebody else needs to fill the Harley role!
