Being married has been a dream so far. We honeymooned on a tropical island, we bought our first house, and over the last couple months, we’ve been trying hard to take the next step.

“Trying for a baby,” is such a valiant and noble way of saying “pounding raw and giving into our most primal instinct to breed,” but it also goes over easier in conversation with our (thrilled) families.

I want this story to start when you come home from work one night and I seem a little… off. Not hurt, not concerning, just not my usual self. You ask me and I can’t help but blush. I present you with a positive pregnancy test, then three more I took just to be sure. I look into your eyes and tell you in no uncertain terms, “You did it! I’m pregnant!”

This story can go any number of ways and I’d love to hear your thoughts on what you’d prefer! Maybe we carry on for a few months until a scan shows us, surprise, it’s twins! Maybe we lose our first in those critical early weeks, but it makes trying again all the more tender between us. Maybe seeing me pregnant unlocks a primal kind of dominance in you and our lives change forever, you as my protector and me loyally carrying child after child for you. I just can’t imagine anything more intimate than knowing your baby is growing inside me!

Ideally, I’d like us to rp a few scenes of pregnancy, and even through the birth if you’re willing (if not, that’s fine too). After that, I want a slice of life story with our little family taking root. And another baby, and another, until we’re satisfied in every little way.
