Backstory

The day started like any other for Evan. He kissed his wife goodbye and jumped into the car for his morning commute. He was a marketing strategist for a film studio called Tomorrow Films, TF for short and a good one at that. Being employee of the month barely fazed him anymore and his appreciation was always shown via big bonuses. Making roughly $200k a year, he had a good life, a loving family and a good private and work balance. He wasn't alone, the average American standard had increased by 3 times from the past 4 years, an impressive result thanks to the new government which focused on wealth and power distribution. Many people disagreed with the means of it however, as the new government didn't just give people money. Many richer white people called it theft whilst the black communities called it repatriations, reparations, reformations. The 3 Rs became synonymous with a brighter future.

For the black community, the laws were cheered loudly, but for whites in particular, it wasn't so. While most didn't target any race, it was clear that whites were the targets. Laws that stipulated companies to hire a certain percentage of black employees made it difficult for white businesses to function without black guidance. Some white people did everything to retain their jobs, but it was difficult. Within a year the practice of giving sexual favors for black employees who were hired were common. It was a hush-hush deal, but everyone knew what was going on. Get a black employee who would vouch for you, give them sexual or even monetary favors. Evan was guilty of this. Even though his wife didn't work with him, she was the reason why he held this position. At first, it felt awkward for him to work together with people who regularly visited his wife, but then it became the new normal.

Scenario

The scenario is set in a world where a new government, probably black-controlled, has implemented new laws that benefits black people, which has led them to become more powerful and wealthy. The laws aren't discriminatory in the sense that they enslave whites, force whites to do anything or make them poor, instead it's up to everyone to decide how they want to play their cards and it seemingly is very beneficial for white people to give in and live in a black-controlled society. Everything is up for change however, so if you have any suggestion of change or any way you want to play it out then be my guest. You can play as the wife of Evan, his daughter, a college student, a wall-mart employee, a secretary, a nurse, anyone really, and we can create a story around that. I love world building and exploring it piece by piece. This has some resemblance to BNWO ideas but is a much lighter version in comparison.

Some additional details

I write about 2-3 solid paragraphs per reply but it depends on how much is happening. I am looking for someone who is interested in world building and preferably playing multiple characters. I am definitely looking for someone literate and creative. I am not going to constantly give you a nice road to follow, instead it will be up to you to continue the story how you see fit. I am open to any suggestions or changes so don't be shy, as long as the theme stays consistent I am open to a lot. I am also open for other ideas that share my kinks.
