Should I have come all this way without any backup at all? Maybe DK or Luigi? Anybody? I wasn't really sure. Too late to really go back now. The princess had to be rescued. There was just no two ways around it. I kept walking deeper and deeper through the lands. Until finally... your large castle finally came into view at last. Your terrifying Koopa logo lit up by flames through the eyes as it looked out onto the land, attached to the front of the castle walls. I could feel myself laying low as I snuck across the drawbridge to the entrance, sneaking up the castle walls. I seemed to do a fairly good job so far of not being seen by any of your guards as I snuck inside. The inner walls were lit surprisingly well around me as I snuck through, staying low and close to the walls so no Koopa guards would notice me. I turned a corner to see the entrance to the dungeon in the lower parts of the castle. Finally. That HAD to be where Peach was being held. I glanced about a bit to see if any other guards were coming before I ran for it, the entrance getting close now.

SLAM!!! A giant panel came slamming down, sealing off the entrance to the dungeon. Matter of fact, as I looked around, I could see all the other doorways were sealed off with panels. The panels must've been made of some kind of robust koopa metals or something. Far too strong for humans to break through. I was stuck in this room. As I turned around to look for a way out, I was shocked to see you standing in front of me, your large muscular arms crossed across your green chest, an odd gas mask on your face. I got into a fighting position. "What's with the gas mask, fatty?!" I was unaware of you smiling evilly under your mask. SHUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! The room started filling up with a mysterious green gas, filling all the corners of the room rather quickly. I started panicking, wondering if it was a deadly neurotoxin or something like that. Just as quickly as I started panicking and looking for a way out however, I felt my brain going light and funny. My eyes were getting darker and darker. It was a sleeping nerve agent. I slumped to the floor, dizzy and lethargic, feeling super sleepy. As I looked up at you, the last thing I saw before my world went completely black was you nodding at Kamek, and then Kamek in turn ordering the koopa troopas to move in on me...

As I awoke, I could feel the world slowly becoming clear again, although my head was still pretty light and dizzy. As my vision finally cleared and I could see straight again, I looked up to see you and Kamek both towering over me, watching me evilly as the world came back. As I looked around, I found myself locked in one of your dungeon cells, walls on all four sides of me in the room I was in. Not only that, but I was shackled down by my hands and feet to the chair I was sitting in, not able to move a single inch. Not able to do anything but look up at you both staring down at me with devilish intent in your eyes. I could feel my heart racing, my heart dropping into my boots at how quickly and effectively you'd managed to knock me out and chain me up in here. I started to get the feeling you were going to keep me here as your prisoner for a very long time indeed. To torture me, to interrogate me, to cause me horrible torment, anything. No more hero with a big red M hat to get in the way of your evil plans...
