As for the characters, I'm thinking

Sarah, a 30-yo single mom - a curvy white blonde woman, with green eyes and long hair. She stays with a 5 yo kid.

Now,for the scenario-

A messy divorce in her early 20s threw Sarah down a risky financial hole. After working hard and long at her career, she's managed to be somewhat financially stable for herself and her kid. Sarah lost her job recently in the recession, but she still had her home she got in the divorce.

While money was already very tight, she decided to make use of what she had and turned her home into an Airbnb - offering her 2 spare rooms to guests. Unluckily for her, there just wasn't a rush for bookings in her quaint Midwestern town. Slowly, she started offering an option for "extra pillow" to her clients.

And we would start from there, a scene where you make a booking.
