Welcome to the crew of the Sea Dragon. Now I know what you're thinking. You came to the Razor Coast looking for adventures on the high seas and maybe a chance to start over. We get that a lot but we're what you'd call a merchant vessel.

I know what you're thinking, pirates, you signed on with pirates. That's not entirely true - occasionally we'll engage in smuggling or heck, even honest trading. Captain Rek - he's the blue scaled dragonkin - he's not particular. Boat is his after all and he runs it how he sees fit. Way he tells it, there's plenty of wealth to be found in open water and given his hoard, well, it seems the truth.

What? Sin Dragon? I mean that's just a nickname. Sure we like to have our fun but what crew doesn't?

Anyway Rek keeps an irregular crew but there are a few stalwarts. There's Thwyn, the navigator. She's an orc shaman - Storm Seer by her telling - and she's quite talented. According to the last crew her magicks kept the crew from capsizing on a true mess of a tempest.

What was that? You heard what about what's between her legs? That's just stories of folks jealous of her prowess.

Moving along there's Krik - the dwarf is the ship's cook and quartermaster. He keeps our stomachs full and organs protected. He's the oldest of the bunch and despite constantly complaining about being away from the mountains, he's perfectly at home in the ship's hold.

Garth is the head of the guard. And by that I mean he's the gnoll who has the best command of the common tongue. There are six of the beasts in total and somehow they haven't caused too much trouble. Rek keeps them in line (although it probably has a lot to do with their shore leave).

What? Oh you heard those rumors? Yeah well, I'll let you in on the secret: Rek does have a pet kraken. Don't ask me how he came across that, he won't tell me. All I know is that he keeps it safe in the lower hold and he's pretty mum about it.

Oh me? I'm just the first mate. Sea Elf, name of Aer'yn. I've been on this boat for years. And listen, I promise as long as you play along you'll have all the adventure you could possible stand...

So who are you on this adventure? A mage from a school dedicated to protecting adventurers? Maybe a healer who has to keep everyone in tip top shape by any means? A warrior looking to work out some blood (and other) lust? Or someone else entirely?
