Housesitting for my parents was supposed to be easy. A whole summer, with their lovely house all to myself, no responsibilities aside from watering the plants... easy. I notice the neighbor's lights are on, but that's quite a run, and despite the mid-summer air, it's shaping up to be a chilly night, especially with this rain. I chew on my lower lip anxiously for a second... but what other choice do I have? I make a run for it, springing down, across the lawn, into your yard, up and onto your porch. I'm completely soaked by the time I get there, and shivering. My dress is practically transparent; this white sundress is one of my cutest, polka-dotted with pink and purple, but it's clearly not designed to get wet, and the lacy pink fabric of my bra and matching panties are faintly visible through the fabric. I must look pretty pitiful; 5'2", roughly 100 lbs soaking wet... which I am. Long, honeyed, golden-blonde hair, big, bright, ice-blue eyes, desperate and soaked and shivering on your porch. I know my folks said I should come to you if I need anything, but I can't, for the life of me, remember my name.
