During COVID, one of those big box store type gyms had to be shut down. The building and equipment was sold to a new owner, who had a new and interesting concept. Expand the facility to more than just a gym...provide an outlet for additional needs beyond the traditional gym services. So, work began to expand and remodel the facility.

The concept was quite simple. Different membership levels.

A Basic Member could use all of the public areas and services of the gym and club.

An Elite Member could use the public areas, and the Elite areas and services.

A Premium Member could use the public, Elite, and Premium features and services

It was already a 4 story building devoted to athletic training, and would remain so. The basement was a crossfit facility, hot, sweaty, no AC.

The main floor was the traditional gym. It featured a heavy free weight area, barbell area, weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair steppers.

The third floor was devoted to smaller rooms for classes. There were yoga studios, HIIT rooms, Zumba rooms, and spin class rooms.

The top floor has a lap pool, and for Elite/Premium members, multiple jacuzzis, saunas, and steam rooms.

For the Premium members only, massage services were also available, as well as a lounge where people can sit, relax, play cards and have a drink. Many of the wealthy, older gentlemen frequent this area

The new concept was, the building was expanded and remodeled so that each floor was split into two areas, the Basic area and the Elite/Premium areas. They were exact replicas of each other, the difference being, the Elite/Premium area was clothing option - nudity preferred.

Membership levels were distinguished by colored bracelets and access was controlled by a key fob.

White - a Basic Member

Blue - an Elite Member

Red - a Premium Member

Staff were also available in all areas and wore a black bracelet to indicate they were a member of staff

In the Elite/Premium areas, trainers were required to be naked and accommodating to the member's needs. Each male trainer was Adonis like, fit, chiseled, athletic. Some were naturally hairy, others cleanly waxed and all level in between. Some had massive dicks, others shorter. Some were long but thin, others shorter but fat. Each female trainer like Aphrodite, beautiful, lustful and ready to please, with bodies of all different shapes, sizes, and proportions, from slim and athletic, to curvy, thicc, or muscular. Staff and trainers were regularly tested and took sterility pills rendering both the men and women temporarily sterile. No risks were taken with staff.

Sex was encouraged in the Elite and Premium areas. Although not quite free-use, everybody knew why the others were part of the Elite and Premium areas. People would often find members having sex with each other or a staff member in the gym, bent over the squat bench, in the sauna, an orgy in the yoga studio, or having a massage with happy endings. There were also private rooms available for those who wanted a more private encounter.
