Women will never be really equal with men. There's a reason the pay gap exists. Women aren't interested in putting in the extra hours, they don't work as hard, or they wish they didn't have to, and they don't compete as competitively. When women do better, it's usually because they're leveraging feminine virtues like beauty or empathetic care. It doesn't only work at the high end, it works at the low-end too. Women Uber drivers drive slower, but feminine empathy makes women great at receptionists and customer service.

Women would be much happier if they accept that - there's nothing wrong with it, it's just the way things are. Some men earn less than other men or perform less well at their jobs than other men! It's ok! It doesn't make them any less worthy. There's just natural variation in the population. So why is it so hard to admit that maybe some of that natural variation correlates with gender?

Look, veryone should do what they want with their lives, but if everyone accepted the above, a lot more couples would be quite happy organizing their lives around a male breadwinner and a female housewife and mother.

I'm optimistic in time we'll have a society that comes to term with all of that. We might see classes in college for women to learn how to please their husbands. They'd include lessons on doing oral sex well, time management, lessons on how to stay always looking good, etc.

Polyamory is gaining acceptance and although as a movement polyam is gender-netural, I think that in time, it could make it quite normal for successful men to take a second or third wife. The first won't see it as humiliating or upsetting, just kind of the trade-off that comes with being with a successful guy. And because successful guys tend to take extra wives, and women want to show everyone how successful their man is...in time some of the smarter women would actually help their husbands find an extra woman. This is already not unusual in many countries around the world. Isn't polygamy much better than a man divorcing his wife because he found a new girl?

And once we properly accept the more emotional nature of women, it'll be much more common to see couples entering into consensual domestic discipline type relationships where the husband maintains the wife's submission with a good but loving spanking over the knee when she gets a bit out of hand. It'll seem odd at first, but eventually, the word will spread about how good it is. Women will beg their boyfriends to take charge. Men will only agree to marry a woman ready to properly submit.

Who would you be in this society? How would you feel being a first wife, being married for a few years to a great guy, when he asks you to help you find a second? Or maybe you're a bratty girlfriend, dating a great guy who insists you submit to his leadership before he'll marry you. You're reluctant, but you really care about him...
