Human kind wasn't prepared for their mass extinction, years of pillaging the land, polluting the air and water had warmed the planet considerably. When the Ice caps began melting strange new spores began to get into the great rivers and oceans, they would then be evaporated into rain and poured upon the earth. Around 95 percent of humans died out within the first year, spore death was brutal and many decided to end their lives before they became infected, the mad howls of infected people could be heard throughout the night as their bodies were ravaged into spore food. Then one night all the howls stopped. Earth began to heal it's self with less people natured started to thrive.

The people who survived now had to band together small tribes formed, the most educated of the tribes became its leaders, communication with other tribes was difficult as most of the infrastructure of the modern world had been wiped out.

One thing the survivors figured out was some of the survivors gained new genes, most specifically there were now super breeders, both men and women seemed to be affected by this. Usual symptoms included growth of size and sensitivity of sexual organs, an anmalistic heat once a month at ovulation. Once a couple mated they would be celebrated by their tribe and their job was to help repopulate the earth, living in leisure.

Social norms have been eroded, past relationships might not be beneficial anymore. Maybe taboo relations are now not frowned upon. Breeders are treated almost as if they are saviors, giving them over inflated egos.

Who are our charachters? DId we just meet as we searched for a tribe? Did we have a past? Perhaps its something naughty like a father and daughter, mom and son or brother and sister who are the tribes breeders. Perhaps a married couple find out one of them is a breeder and one is not and the one who is not has to toil in the fields and respect their breeder pair.
