This prompt is a work of fiction heavily inspired by Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games universe. However, this work is a derivation, and as a result will contain no underage characters. There will be no canonical characters from the series of any age (with the exception of backstory establishment), and there will be no "blurred lines".

It has been many years since the failure of the Second Rebellion. The war waged by Alma Coin's forces from District 13 was ultimately a failure, losing support of the Districts and culimating in the publicised executions of all the key players in the rebellion.

The war was destructive. Beyond those dead from the war, there were familes, failures in the water and power supply, and the rise of a new disease, Sedgeling Flu, causing a crash in the population. The disease has a higher fatality rate in men, but often causes infertility in women.

The Capitol, in the process of reconsolidating its power, has heavily tightened its grip on the 11 remaining Districts. Districts 12 and 13 were left in ash, but four new Districts were formed: Districts 12A and 13A, dealing in coal and graphite respectively, as well as Districts 14 and 15. 14 and 15 were founded to address two new concerns of the Capitol: reproduction, owing to the population collapse, and exploration, seeking new lands, seas, and even new planets to colonize and establish new Districts in service of the Capitol.

The Hunger Games, of course, continued. But it was decided not to reap children, but rather to reap adults: all persons aged 18-40 would now be eligible. This would ensure continued population growth while keeping the working class on their toes. It was also decided that the proportion of tributes chosen would be increasd to three: two women and one man.

The time has come for the 100th Annual Hunger Games. As everyone knows, every 25 years a change is made to the rules and a special Games occurs. As you and your family gathered around the TV to hear the announcement, your entire District wondered what new rule would be enacted.

President Chavius Lyre took the stand, unfurling a piece of paper.

Panem has experienced a massive population crash due to the chaos sown by the rebels of the Second Rebellion. Owing to this, the 4th Quarter Quell reflects the fact that human reproduction is ultimately our greatest requirement as a united nation.

For the 100th Hunger Games, tributes shall be selected based on their genome. The three tributes selected from each District represent the best possible genetic combination to bear productive offspring for their home District's industry.

No one really understood what that mean. All you were told was that you had to submit a drop of your blood to the Peacekeepers for evaluation of your genetics.

And, just your luck, your genetics appeared to be the "best".

You have been selected alongside two other tributes from your home District to partake in these games. You have no idea what to expect, other than the imminent deaths of 47 people. Will you be among them?

That's right; we're doing the lewd hunger games. The story setup is gritty, but rest assured that this prompt will have ample sexual themes to please all tastes. Expect a solid mix.

This prompt will take you through an alternate timeline in The Hunger Games universe, with your character embarking on a journey through the many phases of preparation for the Hunger Games, before thrusting you into the Arena. This will be a long term story. Please keep that in mind.
