It had been a long day. Trying to direct college students through a play of Antigone was absolute torture but at least it was pay for being involved in theatre. Cyprus had never ever thought about being a director, his passion was for acting. Be the one to tread the boards, but he was a damn good director. He placed his bag onto the bed and slumped into his gaming chair rubbing his face. Breathing in steadily and breathing out shakily he attempted to leave the pains and struggles of the day behind him. He pushed the button on his pc and it whirred to life filling the room with a mixture of rainbow LEDs contrasting against the warm glow of his apartment light and shook his head. His dog Frumpkin came padding up to him tail wagging as he sat waiting patiently to be picked up. Cyprus stood and pet Frumpkin eventually putting him up on the window sill. Cyprus needed a shower and to change, he took off his buttoned up white shirt, and blue dress pants and got into the shower letting it run warm. After a delightful and relaxing shower he got changed into a black and purple jumper and started brewing the kettle. He looked over at his pc monitor and saw a chat message from a faculty member that worked at the campus across town, they were tutors on the same subject and had often exchanged notes on how to teach and direct. The message simply said "Hey, long day?"

Hey team! I was wanting to do a little slice of life slow burn roleplay concerning two theatre academics. Just because it is a slow burn romance does not mean there won't be intensity and passion involved, don't worry it can get just as nasty as some of the other prompts we see if we want it too but I want it to be open for anyone to kind of jump into. Obviously I want to explore this as something a bit more long distance and then it becomes personal but that is dependent on the story we create. You don't have to be the above character I've briefly mentioned, it was just an idea on how it would connect. Thanks in advance and will discuss kinks and limits in the message. Thanks y'all!
