Hi everyone, I'm looking for a long-form (2-4 paragraph), long-term, slow-paced (1-2 replies a day on average) roleplay, story-focused (80% plot, 20% smut). I RP primarily on discord or reddit PMs.

I'm hoping to find someone who shares a common interest with me on one of my plots. I have a few ideas I've outlined below, but feel free to discuss anything you have in mind if you like my style! I can write in first/third person, your choice.

Idea 1: A romance set in a Indian mythological or historical (pre-1900) setting (I'll be happy to read up on it if you prefer a specific time period or a specific mythological story/epic). I've done a fair bit of RP set in Tolkienesque/GRRMesque fantasy worlds, or medieval Europe-ish settings, but never one set in Indian mythology/history.

I would like doing it with original characters only, but set in the back-drop of something like Mahabharata, with all the different rules, customs and events of that time? That is wonderful, and so is something set in a period of history closer to now.

Let's discuss! The theme will primarily be a romance, though other themes; of war, or nobility, or adventure, are welcome to exist along with that.

Idea 2: My character, like many boys in an all-boys school, had a crush on a teacher (your character). Like most cases, nothing came of it at that time, and ten years later, he has graduated and now holds a job. He's really surprised to see her back, and strikes up a conversation. The conversation goes in a direction neither of them expect: a romance.

How they meet after ten years is something up for discussion. Is it something mundane, like meeting accidentally in a restaurant? Something risque, like meeting on a dating app? Or something completely crazy, like being a part of the same trekking group, and coincidentally stuck together in a hailstorm?

This idea can be generalized to two characters with some history (where one of them had a crush on the other) meeting after a long period of time in unexpected conditions.
