Friends, they are always there when you need them, even for something as weird as hyperspermia. Her best friend and roommate had developed this condition, and she was willing to help him manage it, even though it was a little bit unusual.

Hyperspermia caused by some freak genetic mutation that made his testicles produce an excessive amount of semen, which could be uncomfortable and embarrassing. He trusted her enough to tell her about it- and thankfully she was happy to lend a hand.

Neither of them had ever looked or touched each other in a sexual way. They had been friends for so long, you know? Just they clicked so well as friends, neither of then wanted to jeopardize it. This is a medical condition, though. What kind of friend would she be if she didn’t help?

Ultimately, that's what friends are for. They support each other, even when it's something that may be out of the ordinary. In a world where everyone has their quirks and imperfections, having a friend like her was truly a blessing. She was proud to be there for her friend and grateful for the trust he had placed in her.

How that helps manifest is totally up for discussion. Is it scheduled hand stuff, where she milks him at specific times? Is it just showing herself off to him? Heck- could be she maybe becomes totally free use for him!
