In the 21st century with the rise of several mega nations a world wide set of laws were passed to establish once and for all the place of the male in society.

It was widely common for men to have a low level of education as it was believed that men should worry themselves only with the needs of their wives and children. A man could not get a job in a position that was usually performed by a female. They couldn’t hold an account in a bank,make a significant purchase without a female relative present and in some more religious stricter countries leave their homes unsupervised.

A man over the age of 25 that was not married had to live with his mother and was not allowed to live alone.

The only male dominated service industries were adult entertainment and restaurant were believed to be much better cooks and servers. Those who still tried to rebel against their natural place were often sentenced and jailed to not serve as a bad example for the majority*
