There’a also a couple different ways we could play this, as this is just a set up I have for this concept. The two main ways I can think of are as follows;

We pick up where my prompt leaves off. You’re less than a month postpartum and already craving to cum again. You might even already be craving another baby just by your body being so addicted to the feeling it had while it was pregnant. Do you beg your new boyfriend for a baby? Do neither of us actually want kids and have already put your first baby up for adoption, and so need to figure something else out to fulfill your needs? We can rent your womb out for surrogacy, or if we want a little kinkier, you can just become a prostitute, so that your endless sex drive both keeps you pregnant and helps you earn extra cash.

We pick up years down the line, with you in your 30s, pregnant and ready to pop with your 14th baby. Through some manner or another, or more likely a variety of ways, you’ve spent the majority of your time pumping out baby after baby, because you just can’t stand not being able to cum. Your body will have changed greatly.
