”Know thine place,” One of the most sacred rules of the Imperium is to be content with what you’re given, and to never aim above your station. A menial will toil for his betters as his forefathers did. His betters will toil for the Emperor as his forefathers did. To think of doing anything other than what the Emperor decided for your soul is treachery…yet Isan found himself doing the very thing.

A bridge officer, little more than a glorified vox-boy, had found himself in a relationship with a Navigator, something that was fatal on multiple levels. Her House was sure to be rid of him if they found that his love had anything more than a carnal fondness for him. The Ecclesiarchical Representatives would have a fit of rage to know that one of their flock was interacting with a Mutant in manners unnecessary, and possibly damning for the soul. And of course, the ship’s Admiral himself would execute him lest he in some way disable their navigator from doing her Emperor-Given purpose.

Yet even with all the risks, Isi (her pet name for him) could not find himself cutting off what he had with the good lady navigator. Every time he tried, her laugh and her glimmering eyes brought him back to her chambers, where they ate sweet terran fruits grown in her gardens and talked long about books and other such frivolities that a man such as him would normally never have. While Isan was sure that their love was a gift of the God-Emperor, truly he must have been feeling cruel when he made her a navigator and him a menial.

Every meeting is a step closer to his eventual death, yet Isan still goes, night after night, knowing that each one may be his last.

Now that DPP’s plot requirement minimum is dealt with, allow me to say, thank you for reading through all that if you did! I’ve been playing through the Rogue Trader Alpha (totally recommend giving it a little look if you enjoy Warhammer and Isometric RPGs) and read Wolfblade, both of which have left me with a bit of a taste for some navigator romance. The plot I put down above is just an example, and it's not the one we have to do by any means!

My requirements for any partner are that they’re at least somewhat familiar with 40k and are literate third person writers! In exchange, I offer myself up as a similarly literate writing partner, who’s willing to write pretty much anything you have in mind, as long as I get the whole high society forbidden romance vibes from it!

For the record, I’m a switch male but I don’t mind writing characters of any specific role you have in mind! Nor do I mind writing multiple characters, if that wins me any points! I’m an experienced GM so I’m more than happy to take that role here if you’d like me to! Which is why its in the title!

As for the plot itself…ideally we’d get a good 50/50 of both story and smut but I’m happy to go higher or lower on request! Kinks wise, I’m extremely open and since YC is a navigator, she’s got full power to be into some kinky shit. I’m near limitless so as long as it's not scat, my answer to it will probably be “Yes, and?”. Bring your wildest, like I said, I’m damn near willing to write anything as long as we hit the craving! I’m also flexible on writing locations, although I do prefer discord over reddit!
