4th night in a row. Working late again. Why does it always come to this? Do I do it on purpose? Maybe. But what else can you do when you have no more aspirations in life. Being an office jockey my entire working career typically takes it out of me. Sometimes it works out great, you rise up through the buisness, know more people understand things, steadily climb. You meet someone fall in love and marry them, you buy a house, a car, you start looking at schools but the steps stop there. So then you turn to your work. But then what happens when turning to your work becomes something more? My name is Luke and Ive been working with the same marketing firm for over 15 years now. I climbed to the top and am very successful but I dont care anymore.probelm is my life is in such of a goddamn slump that some nights I dont go home, I just sleep in the office, the only brightener to the day is you. You make me laugh, you help me out, ensure theres coffee in the pot every time I go. You make working so much easier, so when you offered to actually stay back and start helping me out some nights how could I resist? I loved having you help me out and now even more time together? The one thing that can turn a slump day into a great day.
Hey everyone I kind of want to do this slow hurn office romance that blossoms in the late hours. I wanna have a discussion before we begin about what circumstance our characters are in. Maybe they are both jn a loveless marriage, maybe married to the job or maybe one and the other. I wanna discuss this further.
So let me know who your character is. What they look like. Act like, personality, a flaw and a secret. Its a lot but ill do the same so we have incredible depth to our characters. Thanks in advance.
