I'm a pretty fit guy. Not a huge steroid bound muscle head, but I'm definitely someone who you could see from a distance and immediately tell "Woah...that guy lifts". My skin a nice caramel complexion, I oftentimes found myself spending my mornings at the gym getting a good workout in and spending a few weekdays outside playing some pick-up basketball or soccer. I enjoy being physically fit and enjoy the looks I get from people when I take off my shirt. The only issue was, I wasn't always this way. In fact, I actually used to be a pretty fat kid and started working out in my early teens but unfortunately my confidence is still that of an overweight kid. This obviously made it a bit tough interacting with girls, although I found it pretty easy talking to guys at the gym.

That's where things get a little weird. I moved out of my parents house to a small condo a couple states over and for some reason it seems like there's no gym's or sports clubs or anything to help me keep my physical fitness up. That was, at least, until I happened across a website for an apparently new combination gym and spa that wasn't too far from my apartment. The facilities looked amazing - steam rooms, saunas, massage tables, swimming pool, jacuzzis, exercise bikes, weights, and all manner of machines that ranged from simple rowing machines to contraptions that looked like obscure torture devices. They had physiotherapists, fitness professionals, even doctors and nurses on hand to optimize your experience. The best thing, however, was that all throughout the website were messages of positivity and acceptance - "We don't care what you look like or who you are, you will be welcomed and encouraged here at the Pump House."

Maybe it was just that I'd been wanting to go to a gym for so long, but I pretty much found myself not hesitating at all as I quickly signed up and was ready to experience my first day at the Pump House.

It's just a pity for me that I didn't realize the Pump House is a 'Gay-Only' gym and spa before it's far too late! I'll find myself signed up for all manner of experiences I hadn't expected but will find myself loving -
