Scientists had been warning us for years that global fertility rates were plummeting. For most people in the developed world that didn't matter, no one could afford kids anyways. By the time we realized that a 30 percent decrease in birthrates was catastrophic to the infrastructure and unsustainable, it was too late. At first, we thought this would be the great equalizer– rich, poor, white, black, it didn't matter, everyone in the country was struggling with fertility. But that all changed when the NIH released a groundbreaking paper on Indian fertility. Apparently, not only were Indian women immune to this mysterious affliction ravaging the country, but they were (on average) highly fertile. Thus, the new selective service program began. To be sure, it was a controversial program that raised serious ethical questions, but times were dire and too much was at stake to stop the wheels set in motion. Young Indian women were required to enlist in the selective service program. Men would apply for the program and, provided they met certain conditions, they were matched with their own Indian breeding maid. To ensure the success of the program and the children born of it, only the most virile, alpha, successful men could apply. For the Indian women this meant that most of their new owners were older, white, and had insatiable libidos.

If it isn't apparent, I have always had an affinity towards darker skinned ladies.
