"There aren't many things I look for in men. First of all, I like them a bit older. A guy my age just can't be that experienced. I want to learn something new from my partners, that's a little difficult if we had the same amount of time 'round the block. Makes sense, right?"

At this point in time, Zoe had not lost her friend's approval. To some degree, this was something they could agree with. Sure, a few of them had boyfriends they met in college, one was even with her high school sweetheart. But those women in particular saw the appeal of someone more... mature. All was well. Clinking wine glasses, laughing, teasing each other. All was well. One of the others even chimed in with her own experiences:

"Yeah, I get you! I was with a guy who was way older than me. At first I was like, what the fuck are you doing Charly, but he was just so... I don't know, he just had this vibe. Where you're like, I am not the first girl he's with, I can tell, you know?"

"Charly, you talking about that Mark guy?"

"You know Mark? How'd you meet?"

"Dude, Mark's only five years older than you. That's not... older."

"Wait... how old are your men usually?"

A grin grew behind the cover of Zoe's wine glass. Eyes darted from one woman to the next, each one tense in anticipation. Five years - that was already a quarter of their life. They didn't know shit. With a soft chuckle, Zoe lowered her glass and raised four fingers.

"Forty 'n' up. Closer to 50 works too if they look like the guy on the bill. That hunk's President Grant, right?"

For some reason, none of the other women even thought about which president was on the fifty-dollar bill. No, they were quite concerned with something else. Megan, Zoe's former cheer mate, was the first to break the shocked silence.

"Girl, the men you want to date are as old as our fathers!"

"Which brings me to my second point, thanks for the transition: I only date men that have children. But they need to be adults already, don't want to be their mom or some shit. That'd just be awkward, right?"

Once more, there was silence all around. Five women stared at their friend - could they even call her that anymore? Usually, they weren't ones to kink shame. To each their own and all that... but there was a hunch. A hunch that this was not all of it yet. That gleam in Zoe's eyes told them as much.

"Third rule: I need to know their kids, just so I know they weren't a terrible fuck-up of a dad. Would turn me off quite a bit. Oh, and they need to be single too. Don't want a cheater, that's just shitty. No - single dad, still in great shape. You know I like muscles. Who doesn't?"

That gleam was still there. Five women looked at Zoe with horror. One more so than the others: Genevieve. The blonde shortstack - her size surely the genes of her mother - was a smart one. With not much more than a whisper, she spoke across her full wine glass.

"You said you have a date this evening. My... father said that too."

For the first time in minutes, the group did not know where to look. Some stared at Genevieve - but eventually, all their gazes slipped back to Zoe as a chuckle escaped her.

"Don't worry, I am not gonna be your stepmom. That goes for all of you, really, got a busy schedule. Your dads are just... my kind of cardio."

So... yeah, here's my prompt. I want a drawn-out, fun story about a young woman who exclusively hooks up with the single fathers of her friends. It's highly likely that she chooses her friends based on the metrics described in the prompt. If that's the kind of silly, stupid prompt you'd be into, hit me up. A writing sample telling us how your character prepares themselves for their first date with this gorgeous woman they "just so happened to meet" at a café some days ago.
