Neil sat in the back of his big black Cadillac SUV his driver had parked right in middle of the main cul de sac of the sprawling mobile home park. He looked out the heavily tinted windows this was the perfect spot. Despite the dilapitated trailer homes and the cars on blocks the land butted up right on Lake Cherie, a popular lake with the potential for even more popularity once his plans go through. The point at Lake Cherie was going to be the newest hot spot, million dollar apartments, a hotel, fine dining and even a state of the art movie theater will be built where the trashy houses now sat.

Business was not the only reason Neil picked this spot, no he could of bought up land anywhere around the lake, no this was personal. Many of the bullies from his past lived in this park, Jocks that couldn't make it to pro and turned to menial jobs not able to afford to get out of this dump. His biggest nemesis being Brock Eichner the footall star that stole his dream girl Bethany. Sure she played the part she didn't mind dating the head jock, she was the schools Prom queen and head cheerleader. They then got married while in college where they both flunked out. Now 10 years after graduating how the tides have turned Neil laughed.
