Every year a few thousand women from ages 18-45 (although typically on the younger end of that range) get letters in the mail, stating they have been selected for state service. But this isn't the military calling, instead it is a woman's duty to star in a porn film to be distributed online for free, to keep the men of the nation in a relaxed, happy, state of mind. Every single one, however, ends up in front of you, the Director for Women's State Service. Your job is to interview the women who appear in front of your desk and decide what category of porn they will be cast in. It isn't necessarily what the woman wants that matters, but more what their body, personality, and experience lends themselves to. You are given full discretion on how to complete these interviews - and to do any tests you deem necessary.
