The song Jolene by Dolly Parton always had a strange effect on me.

Do you find it as hot as I do? Why do we think it's hot?

Maybe it's the way Dolly describes Jolene - she sounds super fucking hot. Do I secretly or even subconsciously want to fuck her? If it's this, why not just suggest a threesome and party with both? Do I want to run from this man with her to the horizon? The song is like a love letter to Jolene.

Or am I just a cuckquean or queen or however it's spelled, and I don't want to get busy with her at all, it's really all about the man (though we're told very little about him)?
