With the thinning Ozone layer combined with a small chemical imbalance in the sun's chemical combination a radioactive solar flare goes off once a year. This has caused a very unique gene that appears in 10% of females over the age of 18 to change their own genetic makeup to a random liquid. There is absolutely no telling what liquid they will become. The woman's body suddenly is able to change from a completely human form into a liquid humanoid form at will. Also allowing them to melt themselves into sentient and moveable puddles of said liquid. Some even gained special powers from their liquids such as elasticity, Invisibility and increased strength. Unfortunately due to the unpredictable nature of the powers and abilities these women now have there has been global backlash and unrest. These women are out cast from their societies out of fear. Worried they could harm "normal" people physically, mentally and emotionally. Some women were able to keep their powers a secret. Applying for working at home jobs or refraining from any sort of social and dating lives to keep it a secret.

But after 6 years of this problem plaguing the poor women. A billionaire in Australia has built a Mansion and Safe Haven designed to house these women. Either helping them readjust to try and brave the world out there or to give them permanent residency. A secret liquid girl society you could say. With Pipelines being built in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne to allow only liquid girls to get into the house freely and keep any other normal person out.
