For those emitted into Madam Katherine's 'Smile Again' Institute. For those on the outside, it was merely a medical facility designed to help those who a masturbation addiction. Once a proper program of treatment was thought of, the new patient would be fully emitted into the Institute with visitations planned well in advanced, but none were allowed visitors for the first six months of treatment.

The main tactic that those who work at Madam Katherine's Smile Again Institute use was something left unknown to the public. ! Perhaps, for my partner, your character is a futanari and emitted to the Institute off of their occurrence alone! Though, I will ask that all nurses working at this Institute be female. That said, your character is fully up to you; those willingly to play as a Futa-patient get more priority!

Our patient-characters, could eventually try to work together to escape! Perhaps they might even! Or be caught in the act, and subjected to more intense treatments!
