Anyone know what this bike chain noise is?

Occasionally when I am in a rally stage I get this bike chain noise. No matter if it is against AI or racing against people under racenet. It does seem to affect the car a little and I'm just curious as to that noise is in case it is something I need to be weary of that can affect my performance over long periods of time.
