Stability,Traction,Time Control Braking

Got the game 2 days ago, jw about the in game assist should I turn all the stability,traction,time braking, etc down to zero. I already have everything things else off the anti lock braking,off throttle braking. Have it on sequential Manuel with clutch override on I'm using paddle shifting until stick shifter is delivered.
