I just got the game, is there 1 purchase I can make to get all the extras/DLC?

I'm browsing the store page on steam, and other than the GoTY edition (which I have no point in buying since I own the game already) there seems to be no season pass or whatever that I can purchase to buy everything. I can see there's an option to buy "Deluxe 2" which is seasons 3 and 4, and there's the Flat Out pack, but the rest seems to just be individual DLC. Help?
