DiRT Rally Executable has stopped working

Specs: Windows 10 64bit
R9 280x
Fx-9370 @4.4ghz (stock)
8GB DDR3
Logitech g27
when i launch i get the DiRT Rally logo and this it i get the stopped working window. ive verified files, got 3 that needed redownloading and still getting error. its wierd the only games not working on windows 10 for me so far is this game and project CARS. just my racing games, i dont get it. ive been checking my g27 drivers, unplugging differnt USB devices and i deleted all the document folder settings, nothings working yet.
