I’m just going to start giving gold for the helpful comments. So I am England and I have an army in Picardy and a fleet in English Channel. France has a fleet in Brest and a fleet in Mid-Atlantic (that I’m separately attacking to disrupt the hold.)

(1) If I do F(ENG) with Picardy army supporting, dk O take Brest even if France attacks Picardy with the Brest fleet, and mixes to Brest with the MAO fleet, is it a bounce back? It would interrupt the Picardy support and be 1v1, right? (2) If I do A(Pie) takes Brest with F(ENG) support, but France attacks Pic from Brest and moves to Brest from MAO, will I get Brest or can the armies not move other?

Basically does any mode guarantee taking Brest?
