Working from home night shift, how does my body know what time it is?

I read a thread recently about this, my plan is to work a US position over in Asia to fund my dream of having an online business (living expenses are super cheap over there)

I don't want to damage myself in the process, my thoughts are to have all lights on at night to simulate daytime, and have my windows 100% blacked out during the day.

This sounds ridiculous just typing this but I want to know how feasible this plan is without damaging health.
