I have a few questions regarding visas, travel, and the coronavirus. Is there anyone know that can provide some insight?

Post Body

I am currently in South Korea. My tourist visa is running out in April. Thus, I had a flight and plans to stay in Osaka, Japan April 08. I had my flight booked. Unfortunately, I just received an email that says my flight has been canceled from Seoul - Osaka, due to the virus. I would like to leave South Korea for a week or so, and then go back for a few weeks (tourist visa). Which country would you recommend I go to? Are there any countries in Asia that would allow me in from South Korea, that I can then stay in for a week and then fly back to South Korea? Obviously the closer to Korea the cheaper. Clearly Japan, China are out of the question. How about Taiwan? Singapore? Thailand? Vietnam? I have a preference for Taiwan if possible. Vietnam would work too.
