Debating renting my house for a year to explore a little bit and try a few cities out. Anyone do that or did you go all in a sell your house and full on dive into digital nomading?
Well well well.. if it isn’t a tankie thinking his opinion matters or is an educated one. Stay in your lane commie. And HFSP 😉
A commie in economics of hard knocks. You sound broke, exhausted, hard done by and a tall poppy syndrome sore loser. If you don’t own a property anywhere in the world over the next few years (which you won’t because you’re a broke loser), then have fun staying poor. No one cares about you or your needs, you earn it in life tankie.
In Aus, long term it’s up only. The whole world wants to own in Aus. Aus property is one of the most sure investments one can own. Sad reality but it’s true

It’s laughable. I’m not even a property investor, but I’m very well immersed in finance and economics to understand that property no matter where you are long term is up only. If these snowflakes cannot fathom and comprehend this then that’s on them, I couldn’t care less who backs what I say. As long as corrupted governments keep printing an endless supply of fiat currency, you’re going to see properties and rents continue to increase. It’s communists advocating for the alternative, romanticising the failed regime whilst living under the privilege of a free market democratic society. If an individual does not secure a property in the next 10 years, they never will. Smart money is buying up the entire supply worldwide, just like BTC. So I don’t take it personal, it’s tough out there for everyone and the alternative is to geo-arbitrage in cheap locations. To all the haters, HFSP 🤙
