Hi. I'm looking for a new job and life (changing countries) and wanted some ideas.

I have been thinking it's time to settle down because traveling for me was always about finding home or looking for better quality of life. I didn't set out to be a nomad but sort of ended up in it due to some other life choices outside my control.

I'm really loathe to return to the US but my industry is there so I'm wondering if there are other options that people were able to make it work, like if they started their own business.

I would also be curious to know if anybody tried to buy the 1 euro homes in europe or akiyas in Japan and if they live part time abroad. I wanted to do something like half the time in europe half my time in Asia but not sure if it's financially feasible in this moment to purchase property because maybe I still have a little bit of exploring left in me
