Spanish DNV - client contract requirements

Post Body

Hello all,

We have been trying to get our income and work situation in line for almost a year now so that we can immigrate to Spain (not truly "nomads") on the DNV. We are a family of 4 so the income requirement is quite high. Finally it looks like we might get close to the income requirement thank god.

It looks like I'm about to pick up a new client and I would like to get the contract compliant for the DNV application from the get-go, instead of having to ask them to make me a new contract in a few months when we're ready to apply. I know that the contract has to specify that it's okay to work from Spain. Can the contract say something along the lines of "worker can perform this job from any country in the world" or does it have to spell out Spain as my location?

They are okay with remote work as I'm based in Mexico but I'd rather not mention Spain right now early in our relationship.
