Post Body

Currently in Colombia using the AT&T Latin America premium plan. Been using it for the past month but I keep running into a number of issues

- People will call me (from the US or Colombia) and the calls don't always go through and will just drop. One some occasions they will call multiple times, and they will drop multiple times.
- When people call me, I've been told it doesn't ring like phones in the US do. I was told it "buzzes".
- Sometimes when I call someone, I'll get some automated message in Spanish that I don't understand, and the call will drop
- Sometimes when I call a contact that has my number saved, it'll show up to them as a foreign number, and they don't know it's me calling. This happens on and off.

So I'm curious, for the people who have been working remotely in Colombia for the long-term, what do you suggest? I'm on the phone a lot for my work, but these issues aren't making things easy. And after spending hours on AT&T customer support, I don't have much to show for it.
