A very common way to do digital journaling is Goodnotes. You see paid and unpaid advertisements everywhere. And they may add doodles, photos, illustrations and stuff. Essentially making the whole thing look like a scrapbook.

Another group of people may use Canva and Picsart probably because those 2 apps come with a lot of assets. It's great for people who just want to have an array of assets and put together stuff. For people interested in drawing their own assets, one person on YouTube uses Sketchbook, but the person mainly uses Sketchbook to write in the letters. Procreate is also a popular choice.

Those are all popular ways to do digital journaling.

Now, I am going to talk about lesser-known digital journaling ways.

Google Slides. If people already use Canva, then Google Slides should be no different. Of course, Google Slides may have a limited selection of pictures. And the images may or may not have transparent background. Also, people tend to prefer doing scrapbooking on iPad all the time, so I am not sure how Google Slides will function on iPad.

Another option would be MS PowerPoint. The desktop version comes with a lot of assets. It's a limited list, because Microsoft is trying to get you to subscribe to the Premium plan. So, if you want more images, you have to pay the company money. Otherwise, you will have to make your own images and import into MS PowerPoint.

For me, I like to keep track of stuff in Google Docs, and I can access the document everywhere.

There was a time when I kept track of stuff in Apple Pages.

I also keep stuff in Apple Notes.

Of course, most of the stuff that I write is very personal information so I can't really share it on YouTube and let people read it. Even if people do read it, they will likely find it boring because it's mostly informational, not aesthetic. I suppose the only people who are interested in a person's bland personal info would be health insurance companies who want to see your health status and then see what kind of insurance policy they can offer you. There's money to be made out of that. (lol)
