I signed up for the github student pack, tried to sign up for the digital ocean credit and after a couple hours got an email that said

"Hi There,

We've Finished reviewing your account and cannot allow you access to the digitalocean platform. this decision is final and no other information is required.

Trust and safety Digital Ocean Support"

what the fuck? i was able to sign up for every other service provided in the github pack without issue. Support has not replied to my inquiry at all. I finally got a refund back to paypal for the initial credit i put up but no repsonse after that.

update I have now received my refund however still not a word on my support tickets though
