I work for a large global medtech company and we are very GDPR compliant. For our email database, we have a double opt-in process, and we can only continue emailing people who completed the 2 steps.
As the end of our fiscal year approaches, I'm looking at the number of subscribers who are not fully double opted in, which globally speaking is about 25% The US is better with about 20%, but places like LAM or ASEAN are up over 30% in some countries.
We're doing a final double opt-in push, and I hope to get more than 80% of our subscribers (or about a 5% increase) to complete it.
Just wondering what the figures at other companies are like so we can see how much attention we need to give it in FY22.
