I searched this subreddit, but could not find anything specific to CNMs in Los Angeles.
If you're a CNM in LA, could you let me know what your salary is and how your responsibilities compare to the CNM position I'm interviewing for? The provided salary range for the position I'm interviewing for is quite wide, but the low end of the range is my current salary not working in management (I'm from out of state).
I have an interview next week for a CNM position that has 10 direct reports (mix of RDs and diet clerks) . The job description puts management work at about 30 hours per week and seeing patients at about 10 hours per week. It also sounds like this hospital is going through a lot of changes soon (changing to a crappier EMR, but also changing to patient room service for meals).
I have 1 year of experience as a CNM, 2 years outpatient experience, and 2 years of inpatient experience.
Thanks!
