Is agave a healthy alternative or should I stop using it?

Post Body

So I’ve recently started drinking more tea, like black tea and apple and cinnamon tea, all home brewed, and I’ve been adding about a teaspoon and a half to 2 teaspoons of both honey and agave, in about 6 cups a day with some water every now and then too. I know it’s an alternative to sugar in terms of sweeteners but I also read that it has a high fructose level and that it’s processed.

I know sugar companies also have a history of fishing numbers for their benefit in the past so I don’t know for sure. Should I just forgo the agave and just use the honey or what?
